Please note that college coach access is offered on a first come, first served basis and is subject to seat availability and sufficient sales to ensure the route's viability.
The cost of the college-run coach for the 2024-25 academic year is £950.00. Payment can be paid in full or in two instalments. If paying via instalments, a first payment of £475.00 will need to be paid to secure a space on the coach followed by a second payment of £475.00 due 1 November 2024 via Parent Pay (Parent Pay account details will be issued to new students during the first few weeks of term).

1. For returning students, please pay via Parent Pay. Log in to your account, click on active payment items and scroll down to payment in full or in instalments.

**It is extremely important that you use your student ID number and coach number as a reference. Your ID number can be found in any correspondences you have received from the College or by logging into your enrolment dashboard.**
3. Credit/debit card over the telephone. If you wish to make payment over the phone, please email transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk. You will receive an email with further information on how to proceed.

2024-2025 College-run coach documents
Coach passes and welcome days
During the welcome days and first few days of term, students will be able to show their 2024-25 student ID card and sign off the passenger list with the coach driver. Your name will not be on the list unless you have recieved an email from transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk confirming you have a space reserved on the coach. Coach passes must be collected and the terms and conditions signed and agreed to from the Admissions Office (D112), from Friday 6 September to Friday 13 September.
No pass, no entry will be enforced on all coaches from Monday 16 September. Students will not be allowed entry on to the college coach without a valid pass and will have to organise their own travel arrangements into College until they can collect their coach pass in person.
