I am delighted that you are considering The Henley College as your sixth form destination. We take immense pride in providing a supportive learning environment, alongside excellent academic guidance and a strong commitment to pastoral care and wellbeing.

Our core mission is to empower our students, developing and fostering their independence and confidence, while promoting a culture of innovation. We actively encourage our students to cultivate resilience and to strive for nothing less than their very best.

It is with great satisfaction that we share our recent Ofsted grade as a 'Good' institution in March 2023, with outstanding features, including outstanding support for high needs students, stating that they "make excellent progress and flourish".

This achievement underscores the solid foundation upon which The Henley College stands and our commitment to continuously improving our students’ experience.

At The Henley College, we provide a structured transition from the school environment to a more mature and intellectually stimulating setting. We take great pride in our role of preparing students for the demands of higher education and the constantly evolving professional landscape. We are immensely proud of our outstanding commitment to nurturing employability, having achieved the prestigious Skills Builder Partnership Gold Award.  This recognition acknowledges our approach to cultivate essential life and employment skills in our learners, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication; which supports each student’s career ambitions.

To further enrich our curriculum significant investment of learning spaces in Digital, Computing, Business, Engineering, and Healthcare has been undertaken. This reflects our dedication to enhancing the student experience, all while enhancing the student experience on our vocational courses and T Levels.
