The cost of the college-run coach for the 2024-25 academic year is £950.00. Payment can be paid in full or in two instalments. If paying via instalments, a first payment of £475.00 will need to be paid to secure a space on the coach followed by a second payment of £475.00 due 1 November 2024.

APPLY HERE FOR THE 2024-25 ACADEMIC YEAR
Students must ensure they have their college coach pass printed at the bottom of their student ID card. Coach passes must be collected from the Admissions Office (D112) from Friday 6 September to Friday 13 September. Students will be expected to read the 2024-25 college-run coach terms and conditions and sign a document to confirm that the information is understood and agreed to before accepting a coach pass.
The college-run coaches will be operating their normal morning schedules on Friday 6 and Monday 9 September. Coaches will wait at The Henley College from 13.45 will a prompt 14.00 departure.
Please show the coach driver your college-run coach e-receipt to be signed off the passenger list during the morning pick-up. You will be required to come to the Admissions Office (D112) to collect your student ID card/coach pass to board the return journey home.

Return journeys from Tuesday 10 September will resume 16. 20 depature from The Henley College.
No pass, no entry will be enforced on all coaches from Monday 16 September. Students will not be allowed entry on to the college coach without a valid pass and will have to organise their own travel arrangements into College until they can collect their coach pass in person. This is a safeguarding procedure and must be adhered to ensure the safety of both students and staff.
All students must have their lanyard/college ID card whilst at college, if you have lost yours you must buy a new one from Deanfield Reception (£3.00) or you will not be allowed on site.
Coaches will depart The Henley College promptly at 16.20 outside the College along Deanfield Avenue.

Students requiring financial assistance with their travel costs may be eligible for a bursary.

Students should apply for transport assistance through their local county council. Official documentation from your local authority indicating that the county council will fund the cost of the college-run coach needs to be submitted before completing an online application. Documents can be emailed to transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk. Alternatively, please apply for the college-run coach and make the accompanying payment, we can then assist with the required documentation to submit to your Local Authority for a reimbursement towards the college-run coach fees.
Unfortunately, The Henley College is not part of the Spare Seats Scheme.
